The hardest thing for me was to realize that I had to give up my strenght training! That has taken me very VERY long time to realize. Because my back couldn't take the pressure of just the small things.
I have been through almost every kind of treatment in the search for some quick solution to my problem - and I actually found one !
Acupuncture! YEAH that actually worked amasingly well ! I went from quite alot of pain in my back everytime i was bending just a little back or fourth - to no pain at all !
It's called akupuncture 2000 and is a complete new kind of acupuncture! really really effective. Much more efficient than traditional chineese acupuncture, and much MUCH easier to learn!
I was so amazed with it, that I decided to join a course! Not because I want to work with it, but because I enjoying helping other people if I can, and then I could also be able to help myself with my own problem.
So after atticipating this course I have already helped quite alot of people..! It sounds quite stupid that one can learn this skill in just 3 days, but this system is SOO easy, so I actually did.

My mothers boyfriend was the first person to suffer under my needles. haha. He have had a shoulder injury for aproximately 10 years, and has not been able to lift his arm higher than to horisontal without feelig pain.
I then placed 4 needles. Two in the elbows and two in the fingers. After 30 minutes he could raise his arm to vertical without feeling any pain at all. He got 3 treatments and are now totally painfree.. That was sick!
My current recovery training: GOING WELL! Better that ever.
Monday, weddensday, fridag : 6 km running with a great variation in speed. Jumping on one leg, and (froggy jumps)
Tuesday, thursdag, saturday : Acupuncture (performed on myself) :)
Sunday: rest
With this training I hope on getting ready at Christmas.

Hey, I am checking this blog using the phone and this appears to be kind of odd. Thought you'd wish to know. This is a great write-up nevertheless, did not mess that up.
