Aaaaaaarrrrrhhhh

Yeah.. This was a hell of a strength session..!

This video only contains upper body exercises. Some of them you might know, and some you don't..
I hope that other traceurs, after seeing this vid, will incorporate some of these exercises in their training..! They are GREAT and will make you very powerful.
Its important to tense all the muscles in your body when doing these exercises.. (especially the bar exercises) The dips with the stone, actually trained the hamstrings also..:) Stones are great external weights..!!

This is more advanced training, and inspiration to the traceur who already have a good base of strength :)

Well.. Well.. Well.. Err.. Well.. I don't know what to say. Some of those moves was pretty hard looking (and sounds like it's hard). I had some ideas to my sunday's ultimate strength-training, maybe.
