I haven't been able to train in a while, because of some pretty unlucky injuries i have managed to get.
Anyway I think they will soon be gone, and I will be back again for full speed.
This litle video is just a takeout on which kinds of exercices we do, when we are training indoor. I've cutted down quite many of the clips minding the length of the vid.
